Love From The Perspective Of American Master Lester Levenson, Sedona Method Originator...

Written by Stephen Seretan on .

I thought I would write about the subject of Love from Lester's viewpoint. He often said that Love was one of the most often used but misunderstood words in human experience. What Love brings to mind for most of us is that first kiss with our high school sweetheart, or meeting our spouse-to-be for the first time.

When we "fall in Love" there is a real chemical cocktail that is uncorked, poured into our blood, and we feel high, giddy , and for a time, the world is a blissful place. We see our beloved bathed in Love-colored hues, and he/she is perfect. I've often thought if they could put this into a pill, we'd have a drug problem of horrendous proportions!

Lester said that human Love is totally different from the way a Master defines Love, which is the real Love of Beingness/God. He said that human Love is a very limited thing. "You do this for me, and I will Love you." I, in turn will do that for you, and you will Love me. In Latin, we use the term :Quid Pro Quo, or "this for that".

Why The World Is So Fixated on Casey Anthony

Written by Stephen Seretan on .

Casey Anthony, AKA "Tot-Mom", is still big news more than a month after the "verdict heard around the world" came in. It seems that every day we read about, or watch videos on, some new million $+ offers being tossed at her. Many people are either angered at it, amazed by it, or just simply sick of hearing about her and her neo-celebrity status. Why is it that she is still such hot news and worth so much money that people are willing to throw more and more lucrative schemes at her?

If you understand the how the mind works, it is very simple to figure this out. Individual minds are addicted to negative events, and so millions of minds just multiply that effect many times over. This is why we hold on to negative memories from our own past so tightly, so much so, that it blocks us from ever moving into a positive space of success. We relive them over and over, wanting to change them so they never happened. What this does is literally bring them into the present moment and doesn't let us live now. The mind, being a reality creating machine, manifests more of the same negativity. Those familiar with the Law of Attraction or The Secret, know that this is what is taught in those popular self help schools. You may not go along with that idea, but at least one must admit that like seems to attract like.

What Stops My Goals From Happening?

Written by Stephen Seretan on .

Lester Levenson taught me that the ONLY thing stopping my goals was my SELF IMPOSED LIMITATIONS. What does that mean in every day terms? It means that WE have put the brakes on postive changes in our lives, and these appear as negative thoughts and feelings. You can experience these whenever you think of something you really want, like more money or a new job. What pops up when you imagine something good happening for you? "I can't do it." I don't know where to go or what to do." "I will never be rich" "I am too old." When this happens, what we usually do is just suppress, or swallow the feeling, and just stay where we are. That's why affirmations don't always work. We cannot deal with the stuff that comes up when we say the goal over and over. So, we quit trying. This is where the KISS Release Technique comes in. When we do Lester's goal work, we INVITE these thoughts and feelings up so we can let them go on the spot. They are the limitations Lester was talking about.  When our minds are cleared of these obstructions, the Universe/Beingness can then create our goal easily.

Wanting Love From The World, The Lynch Pin Of Unhappiness

Written by Stephen Seretan on .

"All your misery comes from your need to be loved."

This simple, yet profound statement from Sedona  KISS Releasing creator Lester Levenson, cuts through all the psycho-babble we hear every day, and makes the path clear to where happiness is. "If we could just love fully", he said, "We would not only have all the knowledge there is, but we would have abundance drop in with an effortless thought." In fact, as any Master knows, love brings all the power of the Universe into one's hands at will. How is this possible? It is so because when we fully love, we are in harmony with all that is...Divine Will. And "Divine law supercedes man-made laws.
Most "normal" humans are living every day "wanting to be loved". We are looking for it in every action we take, every word we speak, and unconsciously making ourselves victims of this never-ending, needy, love seeking behavior. Other people find a love seeker difficult to be around, even though they are doing likewise. We move away from these people because we want it also, and they just remind us of the uncomfortable truth.

Miracles And The Natural Law

Written by Stephen Seretan on .

Lester told me that a miracle is the easiest thing in the world to do. Why? Because it is the working of natural law. All Masters are able to totally control the physical world and produce at will whatever they choose. Lester said that accumulating money and things is really insecurity. We believe we will run out, so we feel we need to amass more and more. Even a person with billions of dollars is wanting security, because he does not stop, and keeps trying to gain more. He cannot use what he has already but keeps wanting more.
What is this law of miracles? One can read about it in Autobiography of a Yogi in the chapter, "The Law of Miracles". The law is that if we allow the harmony to prevail, and let go of wanting (easier said than done), Beingness will supply us with whatever we hold in mind without any effort at all. Lester told me that Beingness is trying 24/7 to create our goals, but we get in the way with our wants, which block the goals from happening. The Sedona Method helps us let go of these wants. Yogananda states, "Nature obeys without stress or strain the man who is in tune with her." (from the Law of Miracles, AY)

How to Constantly Be Receiving from Beingness What You Choose

Written by Stephen Seretan on .

Kabbalah is a teaching that can be traced back to Abraham and to Moses after the Exodus from Egypt. I wanted to see if it aligned with KISS Releasing, our approach to the Lester's original Sedona Method. Lester said that Truth never changes, and never WILL change a million years from now. I witnessed many agreements and similarities, just that the approach and names are different.
The word "Kabbalah" actually means "receiving, reception". Thus, the study of Kabbalah is really the study of how we can open ourselves to the Beingness' giving to us. Notice I did not say, how to "get the Beingness to give to us." Lester told me that it is trying to create our goals every moment, but WE slow it down with our master programs of WA, WC, and WS. Also, our beliefs, feelings and thoughts get in the way. This, in effect, is our closing down of the receiving apparatus that Kabbalah speaks of. We have no need for programming success, hypnotic money sessions, or anything else like that. We just need to OPEN our consciousness of receiving in order to have. Simple? Yes. Easy? Not always.
