The World Out There. What It Really Is

Written by Stephen Seretan on .

"There's nothing out there but your thinkingness." Lester said this often. Whatdid he mean? Most of us think that the world happens to us, when the reality of it is just the opposite. WE are the creators of our "movie".. Most of it is SUB conscious, so we are not aware of it, but it happens just the same. Whether we like it or not, our thoughts are producing on the screen of space, and we live it. So, what can we do about it? Change what we think, feel, and our wants by releasing with the Sedona Method. It is the only fast way I know of to do it, and I've tried just about everything else.As we release, we can watch subtle changes happen in our picture. People willact differently towards us, and things just get better. We "fix" our world by working with goals, and releasing on them. What we think of as a solid reality isin actuality a changeable film. Lester saw this as he was going free in 1952. Thisis a fun experiment to illustrate your creative power. The next time you are stopped next to someone at a traffic signal, look at the person in the other car when they are not looking at you. Tell them in your mind to turn and look back. You will be amazed at the result. Also, when you need parking space in a full lot, let go (if you know the Method) of wanting to have aspace.

KISS Releasing Used with Bi Polar Disorder and Depression: A Successful Outcome

Written by Stephen Seretan on .

For the past few years, I have been living in the same residence with a former boxing world champion who had the professional diagnosis of Bi Polar Disorder, or BPD. Psychologists used to refer to this as "Manic Depressive Syndrome." The behavior exhibited is one of wide mood swings, hours or days of mania, usually followed by the polar opposite of severe bouts of depression, with accompanying violence at times. The latest statistics say that 1 in 45Americans have this problem. There is no available cure for it. It is treated with medications and therapy.

Beliefs...what Are They?

Written by Stephen Seretan on .

A belief, according to Lester Levenson, is something accepted on hearsay. That means that we are accepting something as truth that someone else told us or that we read somewhere. It has no basis in fact, and has not been proved. These can be medical beliefs, food beliefs, spiritual ones, or any of the myriad beliefs that we see on the Internet or hear on the news every day. Science is always changing its views on things. For years, ulcers were treated by telling a patient to drink milk and antacids were prescribed. Now it is common medical knowledge that ulcers are caused by a bacterial infection of the stomach lining. Lester told me that scientists are of "muddling minds". And he, himself, was a physicist by profession.

The KISS Releasing Sedona Method and Its Beneficial Results with OCD

Written by Stephen Seretan on .

Over the past several months, I have been working with a man in his 20's (we will call Robert) who has had a diagnosis of Obsessive/Compulsive Disorder. I employ all the techniques of the original Sedona Method, which I now call KISS Releasing, along with listening to him and being as loving as I can. He was given up on by psychology professionals, and psychiatrists were prescribing psych medications for him. I intervened in this situation, and the results have been nothing short of extraordinary. He loves our work together and has made great improvement in decreasing all the symptoms he exhibited initially. His parents support our work with great zeal and are grateful their son is getting more functional.

Destroy the Fake Idols You Worship

Written by Stephen Seretan on .

I study the ancient practice of Kabbalah. It means "receiving" (from the Creator). Many believe it was given to Abraham in the Old Testament. He told a great story about how a woman came into Terah's idol shop, carrying with her a bowl filled with flour as an offering to idols. Abraham took an axe and shattered all the idols except for the biggest one.
When Terah returned and saw the destruction in his shop, he shouted, "What happened here?"

Lester Levenson's "Butt Method" of Getting Rich and What It Is

Written by Stephen Seretan on .

There has been a lot of interest in the so called Butt Method of achieving results with the Sedona Method. Lester called it the "Butt Method" because he said that it is possible to just sit on our butts and have the world serve us if we are very released. Take note of the "if". That's the part that most people miss. That means that we must be in solid Courageousness and Acceptance on the chart for this to work. We have to be honest with ourselves as to where we really are in terms of our state of consciousness. If not, we are living in a "fool's paradise", and we will fail at this.   What prevents us from operating this system is our non-winning beliefs. "I can't do it", "I am a loser", "I am too old to do this", "It's too late", etc. Also it is our deep seated, subconscious programs suppressed over lifetimes.
